From their click to their doormat, under your brand.
One quiet handoff in the middle. Your customer sees your store, your packaging, and your tracking email. The production happens here in Huddersfield.
You list the product
Add the SKU, variants, and pricing to your store. We agree the production spec during onboarding.
Customer orders on your store
Your storefront, your checkout, your terms. We never touch the customer relationship.
Order arrives via integration
Real-time API push, Shopify webhook, daily CSV import, or scheduled feed. Pick the method that suits your stack.
We print and pack with your branding
Production, QC, and packing using your inserts, labels, and outer packaging.
We dispatch with your tracking email
Tracking goes out under your store domain. The parcel lands on your customer’s doorstep with no trace of us.
Where we plug in.
We support direct integrations with the major e-commerce platforms and can wire into any system that can push a structured order.
Real-time order push via webhook. Variant data, customer address, and notes flow into our production queue automatically.
Order export or scheduled feed. Personalised listings with buyer notes are supported end to end.
Webhook or REST API integration. Variant attributes and meta fields are mapped to production spec.
REST API integration with order events. Modifiers and customisation fields are captured per line item.
Direct integration with your platform, ERP, or marketplace bridge. We agree the schema during onboarding and validate against test orders.
Daily CSV import is available as a fallback on any platform. Useful for low-volume stores, pilots, or while a full integration is being scoped.
What your customer sees, and what they don’t.
The whole point of white-label is that your customer experiences your brand, not ours. Here is exactly where the line sits.
Per-order customisation, handled at the data layer.
If your product line includes names, numbers, colours, or freeform text, the variant data flows straight from your store into production. No copy-paste, no rekeying, no lost orders.
Variant data mapping
During onboarding we map each variant or modifier on your product to a production parameter (colour, text, font, file).
Buyer note capture
For platforms like Etsy where personalisation arrives as a note, we parse the buyer note against an agreed format and flag any anomalies before printing.
Proof-on-demand
For higher-value or complex personalisation, we can send a digital proof for approval before production. Optional, agreed per SKU.
Anomaly handling
Unparseable or out-of-range personalisation is paused and flagged back to you within one business day. Production never proceeds on a guess.
Clear ownership of every issue.
The split is simple. We own what we made and shipped. You own the customer conversation.
For every case we own, you get the photos, batch references, and written explanation needed to reply to your customer professionally and quickly.
Transparent, no surprises.
You set your retail price. We give you a clear per-unit cost so you can build your margin with confidence.
Per-unit pricing
A clear cost per SKU agreed during onboarding. Includes print, QC, and standard packing. Personalisation, premium packaging, and tier discounts are itemised.
No monthly fees
No platform fee, no minimum spend, no per-seat charge. You pay for what we make.
No minimum after onboarding
After the onboarding sample run, there is no ongoing minimum order volume. Send one order or a thousand in a day.
Volume tiers
If your monthly volume grows past agreed thresholds, per-unit pricing steps down. Reviewed quarterly so your margin grows with you.
