Turnaround

How quickly can you turn it around?

From order confirmation to dispatch. Includes print, QC, and packaging.

Express

Up to 24 hours

Subject to current capacity and material on the shelf. Mention your deadline at enquiry stage and we will confirm availability the same working day.

Design tips

Designing for printability.

A well-prepared file produces a better print and a faster quote.

01

Minimum wall thickness

Keep walls at least 1.2 mm thick (2 mm+ for structural parts). Thinner walls may not print reliably or may be fragile.

02

Avoid unsupported overhangs beyond 45°

Overhangs steeper than 45° need support material. Where possible, design chamfers or split the model instead.

03

Export watertight meshes

Check your file for open edges, inverted normals, or non-manifold geometry before sending. Most slicer errors trace back to mesh issues.

04

Include scale and orientation notes

Tell us the intended print size and any orientation constraints. Without notes, we'll quote at the file's native scale and choose an optimal orientation.

For businesses

Repeat orders, agency briefs, and ongoing print accounts.

Use the same form below for business enquiries. Mention that you expect repeat orders and we will set you up with a named account, agreed payment terms, and a documented file on record so reorders skip the re-quote step. Plain or branded packaging, palletised despatch, and white-label fulfilment on request.
