What we accept.
STL is the workhorse. STEP is preferred for mechanical and precision parts. 3MF preserves colour and orientation. Send what you have, we will tell you if anything needs adjusting before we quote.
| Format | Extension | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| STL | .stl | Preferred format. Binary or ASCII both accepted. |
| OBJ | .obj | Include any associated .mtl file if colour data is relevant. |
| STEP | .step / .stp | Preferred for mechanical and precision parts. |
| 3MF | .3mf | Accepted. Preserves scale, orientation, and colour metadata. |
| AMF | .amf | Accepted. Less common, so contact us if you encounter issues. |
What we print with.
Four production-grade filaments and over 40 colours on the shelf. Colour availability varies by material, confirmed at quote stage. Pantone matching available for brand runs.

Rigid, accurate, and cost-effective. Best for display pieces, prototypes, and decorative items.
Strong and slightly flexible with good layer adhesion. Good for functional parts and light enclosures.
Rubber-like and impact resistant. Ideal for grips, gaskets, phone cases, and wearable accessories.
Weather and UV stable. Best for outdoor applications and parts exposed to heat or sunlight.
How quickly can you turn it around?
3–5 days
From order confirmation to dispatch. Includes print, QC, and packaging.
Up to 24 hours
Subject to current capacity and material on the shelf. Mention your deadline at enquiry stage and we will confirm availability the same working day.
Designing for printability.
A well-prepared file produces a better print and a faster quote.
Minimum wall thickness
Keep walls at least 1.2 mm thick (2 mm+ for structural parts). Thinner walls may not print reliably or may be fragile.
Avoid unsupported overhangs beyond 45°
Overhangs steeper than 45° need support material. Where possible, design chamfers or split the model instead.
Export watertight meshes
Check your file for open edges, inverted normals, or non-manifold geometry before sending. Most slicer errors trace back to mesh issues.
Include scale and orientation notes
Tell us the intended print size and any orientation constraints. Without notes, we'll quote at the file's native scale and choose an optimal orientation.
Repeat orders, agency briefs, and ongoing print accounts.
Use the same form below for business enquiries. Mention that you expect repeat orders and we will set you up with a named account, agreed payment terms, and a documented file on record so reorders skip the re-quote step. Plain or branded packaging, palletised despatch, and white-label fulfilment on request.
The bigger the run, the lower the unit price.
Volume discounts apply to runs above 50 units, confirmed at quote stage based on print time, material, and finish. Tell us the volume up front and we will quote the tier that applies.
1 to 49 units
50 to 249 units
250 to 999 units
1,000+ units
Recurring production volumes above 1,000 units typically move onto our custom manufacturing service, which adds sample sign-off, batch QC, and reserved schedule slots.
Send us your file and project details.
We will review your file and respond within one business day with a written quote. Business enquiries welcome, mention if you expect repeat orders.
