We hold a wide stock of filament colours and can usually match Pantone references closely. For exact brand match we discuss the reference at quote stage and post physical samples before production.

PLA is our default material: high-quality, eco-friendly, durable, biodegradable, and available in 40+ colours. PETG, TPU, and ASA are also available on request for functional, flexible, or UV-stable parts. We can advise on the best material for your application.

Yes. PLA is derived from renewable plant sources and is industrially compostable. Failed prints and offcuts are sorted for recycling rather than landfill where possible.

Every order is visually inspected before packing. We reprint and reship at no charge for any defect traceable to our production.

We offer a 30-day return policy on non-personalised items. Custom and personalised items cannot be returned unless defective. Defective items are reprinted and reshipped at no charge.

For dropshipping and white-label partners we replace defective items at no charge for any fault traceable to our production. Send a photo and we will dispatch a replacement within one business day.
