Custom manufacturing is not the same as a one-off print.
If you need the same part made repeatedly, to the same tolerance, with a reference sample on file, that is manufacturing, not just printing.
Parts and products we build for businesses.
Production for UK and international brands since 2019. The work below is what we make week in, week out. If your project is not listed, talk to us anyway.
Functional parts
Brackets, housings, mounts, spacers, and load-bearing components for products in the field.
End-use consumer goods
Finished items shipped direct to customers under your brand. Boxed, labelled, and despatched on your behalf.
Jigs and fixtures
Workshop tooling aids, alignment guides, assembly jigs, and inspection fixtures for your production floor.
Marketing and merchandise
Branded promo items, trade-show pieces, conference giveaways, and limited-run collectibles.
Replacement and spare parts
Discontinued components, repair parts for legacy products, and on-demand spares for service teams.
Low-volume production runs
Pre-launch batches, first 1,000 units, kickstarter fulfilment, and bridge production before injection moulding.
Multi-part assemblies
Parts that mate, snap fit, or require post-processing handled and kitted as one finished SKU.
Personalised consumer products
Named, numbered, or individually customised items at scale: gift batches, awards, member items, and event runs.
From a single unit to 10,000-plus.
Volume changes the schedule and the price, not the standard of finish. We have run jobs at every tier below.
1 to 10 units
First articles, sample runs, design-validation parts. Same QC, no volume commitment.
10 to 250 units
First production run, soft launches, focus-group quantities, and seed inventory.
250 to 1,000 units
Repeat scheduled runs, monthly resupply, niche product lines, and brand drops.
1,000 to 10,000+ units
Recurring high-volume manufacturing with reserved capacity and account-managed scheduling.
What we manufacture in.
Material and finish are locked to the approved sample at sign-off, so every run leaves the workshop matching the one you signed off.
Eco-friendly, dimensionally stable, rigid, and cost-effective. 40-plus colours on the shelf. Ideal for display, marketing, and consumer goods.
Strong, impact tolerant, and slightly flexible with good layer adhesion. Workhorse material for functional parts and enclosures.
Rubber-like, abrasion resistant, and shock absorbing. Used for grips, gaskets, soft-touch parts, and wearable accessories.
Weather and UV stable. The right call for outdoor parts, automotive fittings, and anything exposed to heat or sunlight.
Pantone and brand colour matching
Send a Pantone reference or a physical swatch. We match against our 40-plus colour library and confirm with a sample.
Post-processing
Support removal, deburring, light sanding, threaded inserts, and adhesive assembly handled in-house.
Branding and personalisation
Embossed logos, paired laser engraving, individual names or serial numbers applied at production stage.
How we keep every run consistent.
The same staged process applies to every production run, regardless of volume. Visual QC on every unit. Dimensional checks where the part calls for it. Documented batch QC on production runs.
Sample approval
Before production begins, we manufacture a reference sample. You inspect it and sign off. This sample is retained on file as the quality benchmark.
Production sign-off
At the start of each run, we print a first-article check against the reference. Production proceeds only when it matches.
Dimensional checks
For functional and load-bearing parts, key dimensions are measured against a written spec and logged with the batch.
QC at dispatch
Every unit is checked against the reference before packing. Non-conforming units are set aside and reprinted. They do not ship.
How quickly we move.
Standard lead time covers print, QC, and packaging. Express is available subject to capacity, agreed at quote stage.
3–7 days
Typical timeline for runs up to a few hundred units. Larger volumes are scheduled and quoted on a per-run basis.
24–48 hours
Subject to current capacity and material on the shelf. Best for prototype and small batch tiers. Tell us your deadline at enquiry stage.
Reserved
Weekly or monthly slots ring-fenced for production accounts, so resupply is on a fixed cadence rather than a fresh queue every time.
How the work leaves the workshop.
Packaging is part of manufacturing, not an afterthought. Choose the level that matches what the parts are for.
Plain bulk
Polybagged or boxed in plain packaging for onward processing, warehouse intake, or assembly lines.
Branded retail
Your boxes, your labels, your inserts. Printed parts arrive ready for shelf or direct-to-consumer despatch.
Custom inserts and kitting
Foam, card, or printed inserts. Multi-component kits packed as a single SKU with a documented bill of materials.
Warehouse-to-warehouse
Palletised or bulk-boxed despatch to your warehouse, 3PL, or fulfilment centre. UK delivery and international shipping to 65-plus countries.
The businesses we manufacture for.
If you recognise yourself below, our process is built for you.
Startups producing first product runs
Pre-launch batches that need a real supplier, not a maker shed. We handle the gap between prototype and injection moulding.
Hardware brands needing low-volume parts
Functional components for products in the field, in quantities that do not justify tooling. Reliable, repeatable, on a schedule.
Brands wanting on-demand fulfilment
White-label production and despatch under your brand. Customers see your packaging. We see the queue.
Agencies running campaign runs
Branded merchandise, event pieces, and conference kits. Tight deadlines, varied volumes, and a single point of contact.
Service teams with legacy parts
Replacement and spare parts for products no longer in primary production. On-demand, no minimum order, no tooling required.
Product designers and consultancies
Production partner for client work. We manufacture, you keep the relationship. Confidentiality respected, IP stays with you.
We can design the part too, then manufacture it on the same timeline.
If you have a sketch, a reference object, or a brief but no CAD file, our design team produces the print-ready geometry and hands it straight into production. One supplier, one schedule, one invoice. See our design and prototyping service for the detail.
Tell us about your production requirement.
Share your part files (or a brief if you do not have files yet), target volume, materials, and delivery frequency. We will come back with a process proposal and pricing within two business days.
